My recent stay at Inn Ozz Astana was truly memorable. the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to assist me during my entire stay. the serene environment and unique national design added a special touch to my experience, unlike any other chain hotel in the region. the attention to detail in the lobby and room design truly impressed me. I particularly appreciated the comfortable and well-equipped air-conditioned rooms, offering modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with a shower. the location, just 2 km from the Khazret Sultan Mosque, was perfect for exploring the city. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day right. the availability of a 24-hour laundry service was a convenience that I found truly helpful. I also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop terrace, taking in the lovely views of the city.
